Support Groups
We care
Empire Mental Health Support offers in-person facilitated support groups* that provide support through lived experience. We encourage the sharing of information on how to navigate the available local mental health resources while supporting attendees on their path to mental wellness.
It's important to us that we listen to your stories and experiences of living with a mental health diagnosis.
If attending groups is not the right thing for you, consider sharing your story and experience with us.

Note: Our daytime support groups follow local school district closings due to weather, holidays, or emergencies.
* Disclaimer: Our support groups are led by trained facilitators with lived experience. We are not mental health professionals.
